We can customize our services, and supply flexibly for new apparel startup brands, turning novel ideas into reality and quickly test them in the market with quantities as low as hundreds of pieces.
Based on different materials, the leadtime will be different. With normal yarns, we can make sample ready in 1 week, and bulk production in 30 days, as soon as fits and colours are approved.
Our China factory is equipped with 80 Santoni knitting machines, enabling a monthly capacity of 800,000 units. Additionally, we operate 107 hosiery machines with a monthly capacity of 500,000 pairs, covering flat, textured knitting, and medically certified products.
We are also expanding our production capabilities with a new unit in Vietnam, expected to be operational by the end of 2024.
